Creative Brand Studios is building the Bay Area's most comprehensive childcare resource for families across Contra Costa County — connecting parents with vetted nannies, au pairs, family day care providers, and childcare centers from Concord to Richmond, Pittsburg to San Ramon.

About This Program

The Bay Area Nanny & Childcare Directory is one of the flagship community programs currently in development at Creative Brand Studios. It reflects our commitment to workforce development, family economic stability, and closing the childcare access gap that disproportionately affects working mothers and low-income families across the East Bay.

This directory is part of a broader workforce development initiative we are actively seeking municipal and grant funding to support. We believe every family in Contra Costa County deserves access to safe, affordable, high-quality childcare — and every childcare professional deserves the visibility and tools to build a sustainable livelihood.

What the Directory Will Include

Once fully launched, the Bay Area Nanny & Childcare Directory will provide:

• A searchable database of nannies, au pairs, family day care homes, and licensed childcare centers across all Contra Costa County cities and zip codes

• Provider profiles with credentials, experience, availability, rates, and parent reviews

• Resources for childcare subsidies, CalWORKs childcare vouchers, and state-funded programs available to Contra Costa County residents

• A free listing pathway for qualified childcare providers looking to grow their business in the East Bay

• Safety guidance, background check recommendations, and hiring best practices for families new to private childcare arrangements

Our Workforce Development Mission

The childcare sector employs tens of thousands of workers across California, yet childcare providers are among the lowest-compensated professionals in the state. Creative Brand Studios sees the Bay Area Nanny & Childcare Directory as more than a listing service. It is an economic development tool.

We are actively seeking partnerships with Contra Costa County agencies, workforce investment boards, and private funders who share our commitment to building a childcare infrastructure that supports both families and the workers who care for their children. This initiative is designed to be grant-fundable and scalable across the broader Bay Area region.
